ADITHYA SHIVAJI

Aditya Shivaji is a 7 years old boy from Maharashtra. A doctor passing by noticed a white reflex in his eye when he was playing outside their house and suggested the parents take him to an eye checkup. The eye specialist they consulted referred them to CFS for further diagnosis and treatment. MRI was done, and he was diagnosed with bilateral Retinoblastoma. He received 8 cycles of Chemotherapy and Laser. In September 2017 his right eye had been enucleated and a custom-made prosthetic eye was done. He is now on 4 months follow-up schedule to ensure Cancer does not resurface. He is attending school and doing good.
