Her parents noticed vision problems when she was 5 and half years old. MRI was done, and she was diagnosed with unilateral (left eye) Retinoblastoma at an advanced stage. She initially received 9 cycles of chemotherapy. She responded well to the treatment and the tumor subsided. She was cancer-free for a year. Unfortunately, Cancer re-surfaced in April 2018. She again received 3 Cycles of chemo and continued her treatment. Her left eye had been enucleated. She received 6 more cycles of chemotherapy to treat the tumor in the right eye. A custom-made prosthetic eye was done in February 2020. She is doing good and is on 3 months followup.
