When the child was 2 years old, Parents noticed a white reflex in the child's left eye and consulted a doctor in Meerut. MRI was done and he was diagnosed with Unilateral Retinoblastoma (left eye). They were suggested to go to either Delhi or Hyderabad. They came to Hyderabad. He received 6 cycle chemotherapy, the tumor shrunk and he was receiving laser and showing good progress until there was some delay in treatment due to covid. They went to Delhi once during covid as they could not travel to Hyderabad.With sudden demise of father, Mother found it hard to arrange finances for the treatment of child. Iksha now supports the child for his focal laser therapy. He is continuing treatment with support of Iksha.
