Parents noticed white reflex in her left when she was only 3 months old but due to wrong advice they did not consulted doctor immediately. When they consulted a doctor few months later he only gave eye drops and said nothing to worry but left eye started swelling after few days. They consulted a doctor in Mysore who referred them to Prabha eye clinic. She was diagnosed with unilateral Retinoblastoma. She received 6 cycles od chemotherapy along with laser therapy. Her left eye was removed as there was active tumor. She was then advised for radiation and another 6 more cycles of chemotherapy. Now she is on yearly follow up.
